We had MIke inspect our new build and we were overly pleased with his inspection of our new home. He was very meticulous, personable, and professional. Mike found a few areas which needed to be fixed before we could close on the home. These areas were promptly addressed by our site manager and allowed us to close on time. He was very eager to assist us in any future home questions since we are new home builders. We recommend him to anyone who is having an inspection on their house. We couldn't have asked for better or more friendly service. Having an independent home inspector can improve the quality and overall build on a home being built.

Michael Bower is a true professional in every sense of the word. He showed up to inspect our new home during a thunderstorm with immense rain, but still conducted a thorough inspection, including the roof inspection which he climbed up to during a pause in the rain. His former job backgrounds in construction and sales gave him excellent communication skills in explaining all questions we had about not only the general concerns, but also down to the small item specifics. He is patient and in no hurry to leave until every last detail is examined to his high standards. Before my wife and I left, he summarized to us all the important aspects

Michael is great!! He took the time to explain everything too us and answered any and all questions we had. I had worked with another company in the past & was not impressed at all but not having anything to go on I just figured thatts the awy it is. If ever there is a time that I need another inspection Michael is the guy I will call. My realtor was also given his info & how please we are/were & she is going to also refer him if asked. Thank you Michael, we thing you are GREAT!!!

If you are looking for an inspector to inspect your home as if he is buying it,then Principal Home Inspection is for you.HE also answered every question,comment,and concern that I had.I walked away feeling great about going to closing!!
