I would highly recommend Principal Builders for ANY of your re-modeling needs. Joe and Tim were always avaialble, offered expert advice and delivered as promised. They were dependable, flexible and very honest. I can't sy enough good things and will hire them again for addditional work. My bathroom is beautiful and more than I expected!! Patti M

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
These guys were great! They listened to everything that I wanted & were happy to apply their expertise. If there were any changes, by me, they complied with NO complaints, ever. They were on time, cleaned up every nite, and kept to the proposal discussed. I would be happy to talk to anyone who'd like more info on my experience.

Project: Remodel a Basement
We've dealt with a few different contractors on several different projects in our home, but we got the feeling that Joe & Tim understood our vision for this particular project more so than anyone we've dealt with previously. We were impressed with their professionalism as they never presented us with problems; only solutions. They provided us with daily progress reports and were very positive about executing our plan to the letter. We would recommend Principal Builders, and would use their services again.
