Project: Hire a Handyman
I was never given an estimate for the electrical repaiir job. The guy came 3 times, asking for more money each time. I never got a total breakdown of costs. When he left he said the job was finished, but I am still having problems with outlets that do not work. I have spoken to Craig quite a few times about coming back out to correct the situation, and despite saying that he will be out, he has never come back. I am very displeased with the service, and feel that he was just out of his league with electrical repairs, and should have just told me so, instead of attempting to fix my outlets and charging me $800.00 for incomplete repair work

This comment should have no reflection on PPM Inc. Craig took the job witout my knowledge and ran with it. He is no longer working for the company. I sent my handymen out to fix the job Craig did at no charge.
