They lost my address and failed to get a phone contact. Took over an hour to arrive when promised 25 min.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Damaged door, did not install correctly. Should not have taken the job, did not know how to install the door. He even tried to include the cost of his referral fee from Service Magic into my charge. I was refunded all my money, but, the cost of reparing the work is going to double the original charge.

He was prompt and prepared. The re-screening was good but I would have like it to have been pulled a bit tighter. I would hire him again with more direction of what I would like.
