Great Job, finshed in a timely manner.

I was quoted one price, then charged another. Other than that, it was good. The guys who actually did the install were nice and did their job. The sales guy I initially spoke with quoted me one price, then when he called to confirm the appointment, he quoted me a higher price. When I asked him about it, he said, "We don't have to do it, it's not going to make or break us." I should have probably cancelled the install based on his lack of customer service skills and rudeness, but I was in a hurry for the work to be done, and to call someone else for an appointment could have taken longer than what I had to complete the project.

They felt the job was to much so they quit and kept our hard earned Took our money ripped us offfff

The Customer was refunded what was not spent on materials and labor. Unfortunatley we did have to stop the build, because we were misled to the pre existing condition of the home. The customer did not tell us of the deterioration of the homes wood foundation and in turn wanted us to build the addition anyway. By code and insurance standards this could not be done unless the original structure of the home was repaired. So we regretibly had to stop the job and a refund was givin to the customer for what was not done. The customer chose to have someone finish it under the table and not up to code. We are an established business and obide by code

Did a great job. Needed more special wiring and went and got it and came back and did the job. Looks Great.......

And, when the handyman became delayed, the owner of the business came out personally to take care of the work. That's customer service in my work.
