Changes were made before the job was done, but we weren't advised of the exact cost for these so we were surprised when we got our change order at the same time that we got the bill, after the pour had taken place. We had a hairline crack about a week later and they came out and reassured us they'd take care of it if it got wider or if there were chips. So we called when that happened and were promised a visit after the first of the year, and they promised to make it all up to us with a little landscaping. We're still waiting.

Project: Install Concrete Driveways & Floors
I am mostly happy with the work done. The project was complex. I had existing concrete that needed to be demo'ed. I spent time measuring & drawing a picture of what I wanted done. They did use it but did not place the items where they were drawn. Because they moved elec., low volt., water & sprinklers twice there was an add. cost. I believed I needed permits to move a gas line, in the end I didn't need to. The crew busted up more concrete then I was originally quoted so that was an add. cost too. The job cost 20% more then I was quoted & I didn't end up needing to have any utilities moved more than org. move that was discussed.
Comment from Prime Builders
The customer was wonderful! I am disappointed that she was not 100% satisfied with the project. It changed per her drawings because of unseen utilities, concrete that she added, electrical she added and revised, and the grade for the R.V. had to be revised so the project would be successful. Although she knew of the revisions, due to the speed of the project, we should have done a better job of letting her know the exact cost prior to installation.

Awesome customer service and very friendly. David is very creative and came up with an excellent plan for our backyard. The concrete patio is beautiful and the work was done very efficiently. We will most certainly hire David and his company again for our future work and highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Gave me a bid on 6/28/10 and started the work on 7/1/10 and finished 7/5/10. Removed front stairs and plant/trees. Installed new stairs and walkway also added a planter wall with stack stone. The crew lead by Warren was very professional and clean. They were on time and finish on schedule. David B was very helpful in planning the job. I am very happy and pleased with Prime and would hire them again for future projects.
