Service technician arrived on time, provided a clear explanation of the problem and solution. Upon approval, he repaired my refrigerator in a timely fashion. He cleaned up everything after service was completed. More than reasonable price. He was very polite and very professional. I would recommend Prime Appliance Repair to anyone who asks.
