Project: Install or Replace Gutter Covers and Accessories
Bought leafless gutters, a window and new vinyl siding for our lake home. The products are excellent, however; the installation process was terrible. The window installer no showed twice. The vinyl trim work was very unprofessional. The gutters had wrong size downspouts but they put on anyway. After I called the main office to complain they did send out a person and all was corrected, but the entire process was stressful and we should not have had to go through this. They did make it right but we had to complain to get it right. Entire process was over two months, ordered all on 1 Apr, final on 4 June.

Thank you for your feedback as customer satisfaction is very important to us. Siding and installation is not uncommon to take around 2 months for completion as we use a high quality product that is shipped from Canada. The installation process was challenging, but in the end we were able to correct the issues and satisfy the customer. We always do what we can to make it right.
