They were great to work with. They came out and gave us a quote. Once we selected them they came out to measure. We actually made additions to the project and they were very helpful in coming back out to show us our options. The install was quick and went well.

Primax is more expenses than the other professional available for this service, but the quality of the windows out weights the cost. I know I have windows that will outlast the house. The cost of cooling has even drop giving me a savings. I expect that when winter arrives I will see another savings in the cost of heating.

Called office three times, leaving messages to set up a time for installation of second phase of contract. No return call. Salesman did not mention options during initial sales talk. Tried to make me believe I was getting a discount but downgraded windows instead. Windows are nice but not worth the cost. Installers were EXCELLENT and fast.
