Great service, even when I screwed up and told them that I had some shingles they could use that turned out to be the incorrect shingles, they re-scheduled my job and did not charge for the re-scheduling. The work was performed quickly, professionally and was clean and neat when completed. I would use them again in a heart beat.

The workers on the project were sloppy, and a bit of damage was done when they were stripping the shingles and tossing them onto the neighbors driveway ending up on her vehicle. We had 5 / 6 screens that were ripped as a result of shingles being tossed off the roof, and an aluminum canopy over the front doors was dented from a package of shingles that was dropped on the roof of the canopy. They denied the damage, but nonetheless, we deducted the amount from the balance we owed. The end product the roof looks good, price was good, and the project completed as stated.

Pride fixed a spot on my roof where high winds had pulled up some shingles. Pride did an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. I would also like to say that I was impressed with the other contractor you put me in touch with (Bourgault). Unfortunately the third contractor's e-mail got stuck in my spam filter so I never got to talk to him.
