Everything went very well. I just didn't like the lack of communication on when they were coming and I didn't appreciate being told AFTER the pool was almost done that I had to buy a 350.00 truck load of water to help cure the pool. I feel that they should of disclosed that prior to the job and included it in their quote not have me do the leg work.. However, the workers were very respectful and did do a fantastic job..

We hired Prestige Pools to re-do out inground liner pool. Bob and Mike were great. Very upfront and honest and even worked on us with price. I wish that installation crew would have been more accommodating. We were never sure what time they were going to show up in the morning, sometime between 10 and 11. I had an appointment with one of them at 10 am one morning and the guys didn't show up until 10:45 and we wasn't with them. Taking time off of work to meet with someone and then not having them be there is frustrating.

1st call, Bob showed up the next day equipped with samples of different types of liners and pictures of jobs done previously. He gave me reasonable estimate, and I'm waiting for next spring to call Bob to start on the project .

BOB CAME RIGHT OUT, GAVE A QUOTE AND MY NEW LINER WAS PIT IN THE NEXT WEEK. tHE INSLALLER FOR THE POOL WAS GREAT. tiM DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND IN ONE DAY EVERYTHING WAS DONE. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.
