Immediate contact, VERY FAST RESPONSE (within 3 hours), informed me step by step what he was doing and why. He was very personable, clean, and wanted to make sure I agreed that the sewer problem had been taken care of. Then he let me know how I could avoid the problem in the future and what to do to rectify it if it were to happen again. After a thorough cleanup, he charged me exactly what he had quoted, which was much lower than the amount friends of mine had paid other companies to do the same work on their houses. I highly recommend this company and will use him for all my future plumbing needs.

They responded quickly to my call for a clogged main drain, were able to come that same morning, and arrived close to the time they said they would. They quoted me a price for the problem reported and stuck to that price; no hidden fees or travel charges. Fixed the situation in an experienced and timely fashion, and cleaned-up everything before leaving. I will definitely call on them again.

Jim was very pleasant and nice to work with . Even though it took longer than expected to clear the drain, he charged me only what he quoted. Very personable, professional and took pride in his work and cleaning up after himself. I would recommend his services in a heartbeat and will surly call him again if I have another plumbing need.
