Wow!! What more can I say?! My business experience with Preparation Painters was absolutely awesome! Charles, the lead person for the company was amazing. His work detail and overall professionlism made me a true believer that there are some small businesses out there in business for the passion and qulaity of their work and not just in it to make money. His cusotmer service and personalization of the work required won me over BIGTIME!!! I highly recommend this guy!!!

Horrible service and I will see them in court,,,Won't return calls.Overcharged.Uses cheap product and more...AWFUL...No address on ANY invoices so we can get ahold of them...Poor,poor,poor and more

Charles was extremely professional. I received a return call from him on the day I posted that I was thinking about the project. He came out to my home, gave me an estimate and a date when the job would be completed. The job was completed on the day specified and for the price quoted.

Hired Charles to power wash and stain the deck. Power wash occurred very quickly, but repeated rain has delayed the staining. Charles has been very good at staying in contact and giving updates about when the next phase will be completed depedent on the weather. We were very pleased with his pricing and attitude so we started a painting project of 2 bathrooms and hallway in between the deck staining. He arrived when promised and completed the job quickly. Would highly recommend.

This was not a positve experience for me. After 4 weeks only a third of the job was in progress - I needed to terminate the work order. The quality was poor and I'm now searching for another painter to complete the job.
