Dan was initially very responsive - but I ended up having to hire another provider to complete the job. I believe he was trying to be sensitive to the cost of replacing the water heater but he let his seach for a part go on too long without communicating with me. And that lead to my having a tenant upset because he had been without hot water for several days. If Dan had made an initial service call I believe he would have found that a replacement part would not have done the trick and he would have gotten the very expensive replacement job. And then both he and the tenant would have been happier. And I would have been less frustrated.

Thank you for this review. I see that you have left out a few key things in your review though. For starters, your request came in on a friday at 2pm. Your tenant had already been without hot water for a couple of days by then. My communication with you and your tenant was there, he just needed a little patience. A replacement part would've worked as I'm sure you know that your water heater was still under warranty as indicated by the manufactor rep. It just so happens that the part was not. So your 1,200.00 water heater that you paid over 3,000.00 for didn't need to be replaced.

I wouldn't refer them to anyone. I had them come to my property to unclog my toilet. All they said was my toilet needs to be replaced. I did what they said. My toilet is still clogged and they said they are going to charge me again for another visit. They didnt nothing to help me. What a waste of $125.

Where to start? Thus customer fails to mention that her call was done a year ago. She also fails to mention that the technician also informed her that not only did the toilet need to be replaced but the main sewer line needed to be cleaned from the basement bathroom out to the sewer main. We did attempt to use a closet augger on the basement bath with a success of clearing a stoppage just past the p-trap in the toilet. While we do not offer a 1year warranty on stoppages for obvious reasons. We would've been more than happy to help this customer with her problems.

The technician that was assigned was a no-show but "Dan" (I believe the owner) went above and beyond and came out to do the job himself because he knew I had cancelled an appt. with another company based upon the representation that Premium could get it done sooner. By the end of the day, I'm sure he was frustrated with me but he showed no signs of it; he wanted me to be a happy customer which is what this is all about. I understand when a company hires contractors that don't deliver; it's not the owner's fault but I do think Dan did exactly what a business owner should do which is why I give him such a high rating.

Came out the same day, fixed a shut off valve to the swamp cooler. Very professional. I would hire him again. Price was reasonable.

I liked these guys enough to have them come back and do another project for me.

Dan was about an hour late for the quote because he had difficulty finding the address and did not have my phone number correctly so he couldn't call for directions, but wasn't a problem for me. When he came back to complete the job he was missing a tool because a colleague broke it and so was not able to complete all the projects we had discussed but offered to come back at a later point in time to accommodate the missing tool issue. Very knowledgeable.

Every company came up with these outrageous quotes, and they were not upfront and forthcoming with the reasoning behind their high quotes. Dan with Premium Plumbing Service was the 6th person to come to our home. He was so polite, honest, and reasonable! His quote was $275 less then the lowest quote provided from his competitors. He was right on time with his appointment, did an excellent job with installation, and was honest! I RECOMMEND PREMIUM PLUMBING SERVICE WITHOUT RESERVATION!!! THANKS DAN!
