I spoke with Billy and he asked all the pertinent questions in order to give me a quote via phone. He came out the very next day and took care of the problem. Although we needed to treat the bees twice, he came back as soon as I called with no issues. I would definitely recommend.

Billy did an excellent job and kept me informed about what he was doing and why. I like that they do not use liquid pesticides inside the house. The company will most likely get a 5 on Quality too, but I would like to wait to see the results of the treatment for the carpenter bees before giving out that rating.
