They called prompmpl to quote transporting the 9x12 carpets off-site to be cleaned, & while they were there I had them do the work on-site for 1/3 their price, as they worked with my budget. I was fairly happy with the results, but completely satisfied

I responded to a special for 6 areas for $109 plus tax. Pros:They arrived on time. Courteous Crew Cons:Carpet was not dry after 8hours! Let ceiling fans run. Still Damp after leaving house and let dry for 8 hours! Upon arrival tried to sell me on "extras" that was twice the original quote amount. I know this is apart of the job, but I do not like to be quoted one price and then try to be sold a bunch of extras when you arrive at my home. Either you will clean the carpet or you won't. Decision to buy or not buy "extras" seemed to effect the effort put into the cleaning. Didnt even move wicker floor vase to clean around. Seemed rushed.

We contracted to have our two main bathroom tile floors cleaned, regrouted and sealed. The first crew they sent put new grout on top of the old. The company then attempted to fix by routing out all the grout and then regrouting. This process took nearly 3 weeks and looked worse than before we started. In addition, they damaged tiles with the router tool and broke other tiles. Since then, they have used grout release chemical to try to fix the problem, but it hasn't really made it any better. We will now have the expense of totally retiling both bathrooms. I give them credit for trying but it has been a disaster and a really bad experience.

They said one price then said another, did not use hot water, and didnot deoderize as they said they would, also they were in a huge rush. I would not recommend.
