John Briggs from Premier Security Solution called me within the hour of my search and came out to give an estimate the same day. Technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did not make a mess. Deana was also friendly and thorough with completing paperwork, setting appointments, and answering my questions.

Project was started with Smith & Son's Security, What a joke, Crappy customer service, wanted to charge me for ALL new parts for a working system, (because they couldn't get it working!) Charged me drive time and $$$ by the 1/4 hour!!! A$$holes........ I wish I had started with Premier Security, They replaced (at no charge) the new (broken) board that Smith & Son's charged me >$300 to replace. Premier Security was quick and polite, knew their stuff, and was finished in under 1 hour! NO CHARGE for their time! I did sign a 3 year monitoring contract, but it was less than S&S wanted per month. Less than $1 per day. Very happy customer. Thanks

Rick Johnson was very professional & courteous. He knew his job and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Although he was marketing a new monitoring system he never used pressure or scare tactics. I will definitely call him again if I need service and will recommend him to family and friends.
