Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
I had Premier Plumbing replace a water heater. Compared to the six other companies I received estimates from Premier stood out by 1) not lying about additional other work needed, 2) having no problem with me watching the entire process. RL Wingo and Donnie, the plumber who installed the water heater provided great customer service. Roxanne, the office manager was also very responsive when I needed the invoice written according to HUD's repair escrow requirements. I would definitely use them again.

I believe this company was very consistent in their packaging and quality service. They were by far the most reasonable in my area and you get your money's worth with their excellent customer service and quality workmanship. I would reccommend them to every co-worker on my job! Great experience working with Premier. I had them replace a water heater and repair a bunch of piping. They brought everything up to code, did a great job and were very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
I live in Los Angeles and own a rental in Dacula. I submitted a request to have a water heater replaced on a Saturday evening, not expecting to get a call back until Monday morning. I was called by one of Premier's managers immediately, and he was very helpful. The water heater was installed on Monday morning even though it wasn't an emergency, and my tenant was very pleased with the improvement in the hot water flow. I got an excellent price and great service, and my tenant was happy, so I was pleased as well. These folks are on the ball and I plan to use them from now on for my rental properties in Gwinett County.

Project: Clean Out a Sewer
The work was done when promised and at cost. The guys were friendly and knew what they were doing . I did not get other estimates but I felt the price was fair for the work required. I would definitely use Premier again.

Although had to call them back twice for a small, unusual problem They came promptly and with a smile. The second time turned out to be due to a NEW part malfunction, certainly not their fault. I would not hesitate to use them again.
