Project: Find Moving Services - Local (Within State)
I was very nervous about moving a 250 pound hydraulic massage table because moving then can ruin them. 2 movers arrived to move the table and I explained the potential problem. One of them looked at it, told me how they would do it and then told me to treat it like a fridge and not plug it in for a few hours. We did just that and the table works perfectly. I was extremely happy with the professionalism, courtesy and promptness.

Need to improve on the equipment used for the move. Ending up damaging my refridgerator and my walls. Did folow up on the insurance well but it only covers a small amount since it is insured by weight not cost of the product

We shook hands and agreed to 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday for them to arrive, when 9:00 came we called and asked if they were coming-they said "oh, we have you on the schedule for Wednesday! We of course were in a bit of a panic since we were up half the night preparing and had two very young children in tow. Kevin scrambled to find workers and employed another company to move us-they said they would arrive at 11 a.m. and didn't arrive until 11:30. They all worked very hard and moved us until quite late, then came back the next morning to move more. A mistake was made and they stepped up to the plate and corrected it to a high degree.

The two gentlemen that came were PHENOMENAL. They communicated well with me and each other. They worked swiftly and tried to keept the cost of the move down for me. They took excellent care of my furniture and were knowledgable about the city which made going from one location to the other seamless. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone I know.
