We needed a very complex solution for our house as it was build as a series of add-ons so the attic doesn’t stretch across the entire house so the installers had to work in between walls and customize the system drastically. They did it and made my wife and I aware of the design adjustments throughout the entire installation process.. The entire team was great from quotation to installation and at the end Jake reviewed the entire system with us. Last night was hot and humid and we slept comfortably in our fully air conditioned house. Thank you Superior.

I wasn't told how much the repair work would cost before it was done and it turned out to be way more than I was able to pay. After checking out my a/c system, the repair man should have told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost so I could decide if I could afford to have the work done or not. I was told they don't do that unless the charges will be more than $200. I informed the repair man that some people's income is very low and they should be given the opportunity to decide what work they can afford to have done.

Jake was very responsive from the get-go. He gave various options and listened to our needs. Work started on time and was finished in a very timely manner. We thus far are very pleased with our new furnace and air conditioning units. Jake hopefully will be with us for the long term with any service needs we may have. Extremely dedicated, hard working pro!

Initial contact/call back was within 15 minutes. Excellent quality product and service. True to their quote. Requested to cover furniture in one room, but I had a mess in another room on and behind my couch. Clean up could have been better there. But overall, I would highly recommend them.
