We were so pleased with the work Premier Hardwood Floor completed for us. They refinished our entire house of hardwood floors prior to our moving in. The results were absolutely stunning and we were so fortunate and please to have worked with the owner Kouzman Pavlov. Kouzman and this team of workers are just fabulous. I have had many contractors in my day but Kouzman goes above and beyond. The work is excellent, they are very clean, tinmely and very conscientious of the work that they do. I will recommend them whenever I have the chance to do so and I will stand by my word and I know Kouzman does too.

Excellent job in all phases. The proposal was free and professionally done. Kouzman answered all our questions. Once we hired them, we immediately signed a contract and were given start and finish dates. The wood delivery was delayed (not Premier's fault) but They worked all weekend to catch up on the schedule. The final product and workmanship is beautiful and cost was resonable. They also cleaned up every day and did a very thorough cleaning at the end.

Kouzman was on time for our initial appointment (doesn't always happen with contractors!), and he was courteous and professional. He gave us a great bid for our project. He started the job when he said he would and finished on time as well. He and his crew did a great job keeping the house clean and preventing dust from getting into other rooms. The floor was refinished beautifully and I am extremely happy with how it looks. I wish we had used him for our initial installation! We are planning a renovation in the future and I will DEFINITELY call Kouzman to install our hardwoods. I would definitely recommend him to others.

From start to finish, we were extremely impressed with the professionalism, dedication, and painstaking attention to detail that Kouzman and his crew displayed. Our floors are absolutely beautiful. They even helped us with moving heavy furniture. Cheerful can-do attitude throughout! I have already recommended Kouzman to 2 of our neighbors. These guys are the best!
