Project: Install a Natural Gas or Propane Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
Contractor admitted he had never installed a boiler of the type he recommended and installed. Installation was to take 2 days. Now, over 3 months later, the system is still lnotl installed correctly. Had to pay extra for items which should have been included in bid. No design work was done prior to installation, and the work was not done in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, After much redoing, the system is still not proper, Have called in an expert to provide guidance, but contractor has not responded to recommendations at this date, however is billing me for the total amount of his bid plus extras.

Steve was great in getting our furnace running. There were multiple problems and he got the required parts and fixed the furnace on the same afternoon. I will definitely use this repair company in the future.

They were cheaper on diagnostics-then waived the diagnostic fee once the problem was found and worked on, and seemed to be very honest.
