Preferred Plumbing called quickly and were on site as agreed. They did a great job finding the problem and repairing. They could have earned a 5 star rating, if they could have provided an estimated cost: IE - service call cost and then when diagnosed problem cost to repair before completion. The workers were clean, nice, and explained the work in detail, just could not provide the cost until completed.

They arrived approximately 2 hours after I initially called, immediately fixed the problem and charged me a reasonable price. I was very satisfied.
