I contacted Preferred D&W Prod. about reapiring rollers in my sliding glass door. They lady who takes care of scheduling was very courteous and she set my service date at a time that was very convenient for me. The tech called me up on the day of service and asked me if he can come 30 minutes EARLY (this impressed me a bit). The repair was done in about an hour. The tech was very nice, and explained to me what he was doing thoroughout the repair process. The replacement parts were an upgrade to what was in the door originally (2 rollers vs. 1originally). Door works beautifully now, can be opened with just one finger. Great company.

He came quickly, knew it was the rollers, replaced them, and gave us a door that works better than ever. Cost was $125 for a very quick job, but maybe the roller itself is costly?
