YOU will want to hire Kevin, my carpets never looked better and I have lived in this rental home for over 7 years. Kevin is honest, on time, and very fare with pricing. My daughter was so impressed that she will hire him the next time she needs her carpets cleaned. Great Job Kevin! See you this fall.

This business owner COMMUNICATES!!! Most contractors play "hard-to-get" almost as if they didn't want our business, and/or to give the impression that "they" are doing the customer a FAVOR just for being there with their $50,000 trucks. Preferred Carpet Care (Kevin Thompson) was a PLEASURE to deal with and I will highly recommend him to everyone who needs carpet cleaning.

Other than the carpets taking longer to dry than expected excellent job.

Carpets took a little longer to dry given the extent of soiling/stains and the effort needed to ensure their carpets got as clean as physically possible.

I was moving out and my carpets were bad considering I have a dog and 2 teen boys, they looked amazing upon comleteion. I wish I would have done this while living there.
