Great work! One stone on my new wall fell off within a few days, am hoping they respond to my phone call to come back and fix it

I had two chimneys that needed to be repointed and more than 30 bricks on the driveway side of my house that were seriously deteriorated due to moisture & salt & needed to be replaced. I had quotes from a number of masonry contractors for the work but chose Precision Pointing not only for the reasonableness of the quote, but also because of the professional and confident attitude Ryan from Precision displayed when describing how the work would be performed. I couldn't be more satisfied with how Precision's work turned out. The work crews were dedicated to the job, displayed excellent work ethic & attitudes, & cleaned up well after themselves.

The work was A-One. They showed up at the precise time scheduled. It was completed as stated. The area was left clean. The entire project turned out phenomenally. I am very pleased.

Was reasonably good getting in contact with Ryan at Precision Pointing. His prices were very fair and he did the work when he promised to get to it, even involved completing the chimney striking, grinding and repointing on a Sunday. Was easy to email back and forth with as well since I was getting the estimate and agreeing to the work being done from out of state.
