James H. DeVall, the owner of Precision Painting and Faux Finishing, has been in the decorating industry for over 30 years. His experience has him receiving calls from various parts of the country and James has performed decorating wonders from the northeast, to the desert southwest, various points in between, and here in south Florida for the past 20 years. James has also completed studies with an European faux finish master and he is one of a select few that have been trained and certified by Ralph Lauren as a Professional Applicator in their distinctive category of unique finishes, techniques and stencil motifs as well as having completed the Master certification course in Italian paints and plasters from Atova International, based in Chicago, Il. We were very happy with the work they did! They got rid of the old wallpaper glue left behind on our walls and then painted, it took about 7 coats and they did what it took to make it look great! The workmanship was outstanding.

James helped us complete a project after disappointments with TWO other painting contractors. Rates were reasonable and he took on "someone else's mess". There was a particularly difficult ceiling and he managed to repair it at a significant savings versus replacement. His wall prep and painting were outstanding. Where we needed repairs to walls that were faux finished, James was able to perfectly match one area and another better than expected. Always on time and professional, James even returned to touch up some areas we saw in different light after the walk through at no extra charge, even painting a couple of doors not scheduled! A++

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB DONE BY PRECISION PAINTING (JAMES DEVALL). HE KEPT THE AGREED UPON SCHEDULE AND WAS DONE IN 3 DAYS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I CANNOT FIND ONE SPOT THAT WASN'T DONE PERFECTLY. HE IS EASY TO DEAL WITH AND IS VERY FAIR IN HIS PRICING. VIDA KLEIN

I had work done by James and his crew and I am very pleased with the results. He gave me a quote that I felt was very fair, He was on the job as promised, Got the job done with professional results. I had my stairway faux painted and love the overall look of my room. James is a contractor who I can depend on and I plan on working with him again. Thanks James.
