Very understanding with problem at hand when making appointment to come out for a Service Call. Service Technician was ahead of schedule and arrived early enough for the task to be accomplished in order for us to make it to our scheduled doctor appointment on time. I would call them back if necessary on a future event.

Project: Repair or Adjust a Garage Door Opener
I would offer the same great service, but carry supplies that are cheaper for those who do not have the budget for repairs at the prices charged. For example I paid as much to have pieces replaced as I would have for a complete new opener I could buy at Sears and have a handy man install. Your service and rapid response are top notch. Just wish I could have saved some green.

Very good. The contractor had an appointment the same day I called. The repairman gave a two hour range for the appointment and kept it - he called when he was nearby. The repair was completed satisfactorily.

Although this was not the cheapest company and had 4 1/2 stars, they took care of all of my needs in a very satisfying manner. They honored my military discount and I would used them again in a heartbeat.
