Project: Install a Retaining Wall
Finished work before Christmas and worked in cold, wet, weather. Job ended up costing more than first contracted because of drainage ditch redirection and tearing up of driveway and gravel had to be hauled in. Ken & Steve answered all questions as the work progressed and were very polite and down to earth. Pleased with the boulder wall and steps and may even get bids in the Spring of '09 to do landscaping around the wall. It was the biggest single investment we made in our home ever and we believe we paid a fair price for all the materials and workmanship. Ken was skilled with skid loader & backhoe & very experienced. Great job!

Project: Install a Retaining Wall
Ken did an excellent job on the retaining wall that I had him replace. I will highly recommend him to anyone that requires an outdoor home project. Ken and his team were very professional, courteous, and very hard working. I also found the project to be reasonably priced. Thanks, Ken.

I was happy from start to finish with all the work that was done. A very friendly and professional company who cleaned up after each time they worked. I would advise anyone to use precision lawn and landscape and will call them myself again when I need them.

They were very professional and courteous, spent time listening to what I wanted, offered their opinion, and overall did a very good job. The pricing was very reasonable, and even when I had added a few new changes, they agreed with a 'no problem' attitude. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to someone else because of their work standards.

After the first meeting and seeing his other jobs personally, we hired Ken for a concrete pavement patio, walkway, and a landing project. He and his crew are by far the most professional and courteous contractors I have ever worked with. The outcome of the project was excellent. He was easy to work with, listens well, offers options in accordance with my thoughts, and do the job as I want it. Even my neighbors praised his professionalism. He had to drive slightly on my neighbor's side of the lawn, and he immediately notified them and took responsibility on any damage he may have caused. Thanks Ken for a beautiful patio.

I have totaly enjoyed this experience with your company and would highly recommend you to any one wanting a quality job done. This has been an excellent job from start to finish and the attitude of the workers is excellent. If we do more around the house you will be called to work on it. Appreciate all the hard work you and your crew put in, very courteous! Well done!
