Rec'd call wiithin 3 minutes of sending the email requesting a quote. Alex came over when he said to give cost. We agreed on price & time and he was here. They came in with guns (clippers) blazing and got right to work and didn't stop until it was done. It was a huge cleanup in my mind and they were efficient and super professional. I was truly impressed. VERY thorough.

They called right away, but took several days to get over and give an estimate. They did the work I requested the same day of the estimate, however, said I was too far away to continue service. I still need someone to come once a month.

i was given a quote of $30. A week later when they came to do it I was told the lawn was high and the price is now $40.

The lawn had not been cut in over a month in Summer growing season. You never mentioned that.Also A quote over the phone was a verbal estimate like I said to you.
