They not only blew all the pine needles out of the gravel, but got up on the roof and cleared it of pine needles as well. Very pleased with their service

Installed drip system line leaks. I personally fix the leaks. Ken, the owner sometimes don't show up and never bother to call me as courtesy.

Property was converted to Xeriscape. Customer wanted to used existing water control valves. Job was completed irrigation ran fine. Two weeks later customer complained valves weren't shutting off. Went back out twice to check valves, no problems. Stated to customer that valves were not part of irrigation warranty. Explain to customer what parts were needed if he wanted to make the repairs. Customer indicated he could make the repairs with no problems as he installed the valves. I said if you have any questions call.

Precision was very timely, professional and friendly. Both he and his staff were attentive and offered a financing feature that I had never heard of, but much appreciated. As with any project, there were a few minor issues but all were resolved to my satisfaction. My backyard is beautiful and I would recommend this contractor for a job well done.

All Service Magic requests are contacted by emailed / phone within an hour of us receiving the lead. We have noticed some customers phone numbers are incorrect along with some emails. We make numerous attempts to contact the customer as soon as possible.

Ken, Peggy and Shane were very helpful and professional. They developed a great design, and finished the job in a timely manner and within my meager budget.
