I was extremely pleased with the work. The owner, Victor Karcher, does the work himself and explains everything as he goes along. Very thorough. The work was done in a timely manner and the rates were reasonable.I will use him again and will recommend him to friends needing an electrician.

I was completely satisfied with the electrical troubleshooting he provided in my home. He explained every action that he took while working on the issue. He not only solved my electrical problem but taught me A LOT of new things about electicity and how it's connected throughout the house, etc.  that no one has ever taken the time to explain to me! He was punctual, helpful, friendly, &easy to talk to and understand. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone &everyone.  Definitely wish there were more repair men like Victor out there...someone who truly loves their job & wants to help others out, not just fix their electrical issues!
