I was completely satisfied with the electrical troubleshooting he provided in my home. He explained every action that he took while working on the issue. He not only solved my electrical problem but taught me A LOT of new things about electicity and how it's connected throughout the house, etc.  that no one has ever taken the time to explain to me! He was punctual, helpful, friendly, &easy to talk to and understand. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone &everyone.  Definitely wish there were more repair men like Victor out there...someone who truly loves their job & wants to help others out, not just fix their electrical issues!

Victor contacted me shortly after I submitted my request and he was wonderful.  He kept excellent communication/contact, and he was very flexible for what was best concerning my schedule.  When Victor arrived, he not only worked quickly and effectively but he also explained what and why he was doing the things he was doing.  His troubleshooting lead to him to find another small problem that could have occurred in the future.  His pricing was reasonable and it didn't take him long to have our kitchen outlest working.
