The technician, Sean, was very knowledgable and projected a very good attitude about the repair. The completed job from estimate to picking up the part in Lynnwood was only under two hours. I highly recommend this company.

they showed up on sunday! and fixed the springs and a couple other items that were worn out all in about 2 hrs great job! would recommend them1st before anyone else

I don't feel too good about this experience, on the one hand the job got done promptly, the technician came to my house the day after I called and my garage door was working again after he spent about 1 hour on it. But before he came I expected this repair (one broken tension spring) to cost me maybe $300 at the most. I am out $900+ now but at least I have a working garage door. If I had known before they came to my house I would have considered never being able to open my garage door again. It's really my own fault though for not shopping around. Venting here is my therapy to get over this since I am suffering serious buyer's remorse....

Our Garage door (spring) broke Friday morning and it was imperative that we had it fixed ASAP since it allowed access to the rest of the home. After scheduling 3 appointments for inspection and quotes with service providers suggested by Service Magic. Precision Door was the second appointment but once Travis arrived and he invited my husband into the garage and completed a full inspected of our garage door, explaining what absolutely needed to be fixed, how it would be fixed and why it needed to be fixed. Travis also provided a list of things that he suggested we have repaired/replaced over the next year or so, and then provided a fair quote to the replacement and repair for the broken spring. If all the service techs at Precision Door are as knowledgeable, professional, and polite as Travis, then I would defiantly suggest you call them first!!! From the moment I made the inquiry through Service Magic to the completion of the task it took all of 6 hours…. Thanks all
