Project: Repair a Garage Door
Dana was assigned to my job. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, presented options, worked quickly and efficiently and finished within a few hours. Basically he replaced the cable, springs and other hardware. The garage door runs better than it ever did before. Thanks!

Dana was the technician assigned and he was very well trained . He did an outstanding jobe of replacing the door seals and rollers. He made certain the doors were properly adjusted. I highly reccomend his ability to serve his clients.

Project: Repair a Garage Door
Danny, the technician, arrived ahead of schedule, immediately assessed the cause of the problem re. the double door "chattering" as it lifted. He adjusted the tracks, replaced the rollers-all worn, lubricated the tracks and springs. He was very knowledgable, personable, efficient and effective. Excellent experience. Will use again, if ever needed.

Project: Install or Replace a Garage Door Opener
There was major miscommunication between the price that I was quoted over the phone and what the technician wanted to charge. The order taker/scheduler did not tell me that I had to purchase two door springs because only one was broken;however, the technician refused to just put on one of the springs and he had a labor and a service charge. Had to call back to the office to resolve the issue. Need a better way to communicate with customer and with technician. Door now works fine and he did a great job in putting on springs.

I needed emergency service to replaced the original garage door spring. Precision came out and replaced it with a much better unit. The work was quick, very professional, and very clean. I highly recommend using Precision.

It was a bait and switch the person on the phone said the price was $55.00. When the repairman gor there he said it was $55.00 to drive here and 85 more dollars for him to speak, touch or program anything.

Good communication, timely, good pricing. They came out, made the adjustments to the garage door that were necessary to fix the problem. In addition, they assisted in programming my remotes and even provided a free keychain remote.
