Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Precision Contracting was not only professional and extremely talented in home design, but they also were very friendly and helpful. Not only did they remodel our bathrooms, they also did other small projects around my home and gave me great advice on home repair. These guys REALLY impressed me!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Recently, my wife and I remodeled our bathroom. We purchased all new items for the update and needed someone to install them. We contacted ServiceMagic.com to find someone to install our new bathroom. Within a half hour we were contacted by Tom Suman of Precision Contracting. He was kind enough to come out on a Sunday to give us a quote. After two other contractor quotes I knew no one was going to beat Precision Contracting’s great low rate. The day the project was to start we had the big February snowstorm. Tom and John showed up early that morning and shoveled the driveway before starting the bathroom (you rarely see service like that). Later that day we unboxed the vanity only to discover it had been severely damaged by the manufacturer. Without hesitation, Tom and John loaded up the vanity in their truck and returned it to the store during one of the worst snow storms of the year. When the project was completed the workmanship and attention to detail was evident, the bathroom is beautiful. Tom and John of Precision Contracting did an incredible job in a timely fashion. Not long after the project was complete the toilet began to leak because of a manufacturer defect. When I called Tom about this he came out that evening. As soon as Tom arrived he figured out the toilet problem, took apart the internal workings, and showed me what the problem was. After fixing the toilet he also fixed a small problem with the new shower handle. This after hours call was completely free of charge and was less than 45 minutes. I recommend Tom and John of Precision Contracting for any project, large or small. They will always be my first choice for any home project I consider.

Project: Build a New Closet
Precision contracting did a great job and finished in an incredibly short period of time. They were flexible to my schedule and really did a great job. The estimate was a third less than 2 other estimates I received.

Project: Drywall - Repair
They did flooring and drywall repair work. It took them 2 days to do the drwall, and he had a crew of people come in to finish all the other work in one day. He was very efficient in dealing with my insurance company. He had the claim processed very quickly with no intervention from me.
