Mr. Stephens has completed 3 different jobs for us, each was on time, excellent workmanship, and very competitive in cost. None ran over his estimate.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Mark and his crew. They were very patient with us through all our changes, offered great suggestions, were friendly, courteous and professional. They built a screened-in room, as well as several smaller inside projects and we were very pleased with the quality work. We will not hesitate to use them for further work and will gladly recommend them to others.

Eyerything was perfect!!! I had a new roof, insulation above and below the house, Crawlspace vents repaired and new themostat moved and installed. Going to have more projects for Mark very soon. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
They were prompt, efficient, and highly creative. Mark came up with ideas we had not thought of (i.e.,putting screen UNDER the decking on the porch, to make it even more bug proof). The crew arrived on time every morning and worked diligently (even in this 105-110 heat index weather). They cleaned up each day when finished, and completely cleaned the area when the job was done. I changed my mind on a couple of things, they didn't complain, just included the changes graciously. I don't think you could find a finer, more trustworthy contractor than Mark Stevens.
