Dependable, starting and finished job in a timly manner. Cleaned up at the end of each workday. Reasonable pricing, excellent workmanship and all the workers were friendly and polite . We will definately use this company again.

Hans had great suggestions for improvememts to the existing lay-out of our bathroon; moving the toilet to allow space for linen closet, scones on either side of medicine cabinet for added light. Hans was timely in responding to our emails and questions. He corrected a problem created by a previous renovation, which we appreciated. For future renovations we will consider Hans and Precision Contracting

Hans was very professional to work with and delivered as promised. A couple of things were discovered in the midst of the job that most other contractors would have attempted to charge more for, but Hans just took care of the issues and included it in the original price. The work itself was top notch! I would strongly recommend Hans and Precision Contracting to others.

Precision Contracting Services completed my bathroom renovation this past week and they did an AMAZING job. Not only was the team prompt, diligent, respectful and knowledgeable, they really focused on customer service. The job that was performed was done in exquisite detail and exteremely neat. I have heard horror stories in the past and was very skeptic about having this remodel as I didn't wan't to go through all the hassle w/ dealing w/ a service that didn't perform to the expectation. Precision Contracting Services EXCEEDED my expectation 10 fold and I will not hesitate to use them again for any future remodel jobs in my home.

Overall was extremely pleased. Hans was easy to contact and worked with the Village to obtain all necessary building permits/inspections. His crew was excellent and cleaned up at the end of every day. Work was scheduled so we could remain in the apt while the bathroom renovation was going on, not an easy task with only one bathroom! Due to Village requirements, the project had to be expanded beyond its initial scope, and Hans was extremely accommodating in doing this. My only complaint was with the plumber sub-contractor he used. The end result is excellent!
