Cy-Fair Mech very easy to deal with. Presented options for unit to be installed and no hard sell. Price better than several other shops. Install completed as agreed, no surprises. Great overall experience.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
After talking to 7 or 8 companies and looking at system component prices on the internet I came to understand that much of the overall difference in price between installation/repair companies, when comparing comparable equipment, is due to the overhead costs. Cy-Fair Mechanical, being a smaller company, was able to offer a good price on better quality equipment, and the owner and an assistant did a quality installation. I couldn't ask for anything more.

David, Joe and his crew did an excellent installation job. I liked the safety shutoff on the drains and the special duct sealant that was used as well. I had the top of the line Trane 20 xi installed and will definitely use Cy-Fair Mechanical to install my 2nd AC unit when it dies. I would encourage anyone looking at giving Cy Fair a call in lieu of the big AC companies and the pricing games they play. David is honest and wants to build his business on referrals and doesn't play the big company pricing games. Save money and get a fair deal, give Cy Fair a call.

very positive experience. Work was quoted fairly and performed as explained, on-time and with no surprises! They are the only company I will call for future work and maintenance, and I've used or spoken to many of the major companies in the Houston area, none of them can compare to the personalized service and very satisfatory outcome provided by Cy-Fair Mechanical.

Non hard-sell, just good, honest bid and left me to make my own decision. David Moore and his workers kept the area they were working in very clean, you wouldn't have known they were here except that we now have a new AC unit. They did a good job explaining to me so that I understood but without making me feel stupid, step by step what they were doing and what each thing was for that they were installing.

This company was top notch. This was a big job to us. The entire AC System had to be replaced, including all of the attic ducting. The work covered two full days - Fri/Sat. On Friday, the technicians arrived ON TIME, introduced themselves and immedtaiely started to go to work. They took great care to protect the flooring and furniture and worked through the day. At no time did I feel uneasy with them in the house and that's a HUGE plus in my book. At the end of day one, they indicated they would need to return on Sat to finish up. They arrived exactly when they said they would and wrapped up the job that same day.

Very professional. Very honest and straight forward about work needed and pricing. Preformed high quality work. I had 5 contractors bid on my project to replace the upstairs A/C. I selected David because he listened to my concerns and provided good solutions. His initial bid was in the range of what my research showed the job should cost. Other contractors started much higher and then wanted to price match later. David does buisness the right way. Highly recommend.
