They definitely do a very thorough and professional job.  One thing that I really like about him is that he breaks it down in a way for the average person to understand.  His reports are reader friendly.  He is an engineer so he notices things that maybe other people can't and can give good ideas of where to go for the best fix.  I would absolutely recommend him.
