Mr. Johnson was on-time and courteous. His charges seem reasonable, though I had to ask him to itemize them on the final invoice. I received the following services: 1. Clean and Boil (2) cooling units, and top off 2lb. freon (annual svc) ($250) 2. Rewire and replace (1) 60AMP service breaker ($80) - incl. part 3. Replace (1) fault heat sequencer ($92) - incl. part 4. Electrical diagnostics ($170) Final Total: $592 As my units are difficult to access, Mr. Johnson spent almost 6 hours total completing this job.

Jimmie was late by about 15 minutes. As I was calling to see where he might be he pulled in. No call to let me know that he was running a little behind. I was glad to know that he was a Christian so I was a disappointed when he gave us our final bill and had charged us for 2 and a half hours of labor when he got here at 8:45 and handed us our receipt at 10:30. He asked us if we had a vaccuum which surprised me. He cleaned our coils and serviced our unit. It costed $178 and no parts were necessary. Not to mention he left a mess that I had to sweep up after he was finished with the job and had already gone.
