Everyone that we spoke to was very helpful! They explained everything they were going to do and they did it in less time than they had estimated. We highly recommend them and would use them again if another project arises.

The pricing structure was not well explained over the phone. I explained that I had 1 chimney with 1 fireplace and 1 wood stove on 2 different floors and was quoted a certain price. When the service was completed the serviceman billed a different price, basically double what was quoted over the phone.

Powers actually took pictures of the flashing on my chimney to show me what was causing the leaking. They also made a recommendation to spray the fake river rocks (which should not be used outside on a chimney) . They also made a second trip back to my house to take the flashing off the chimney off to confirm the condition of the chimney. None of this cost me any money. The work was done promptly and included pictures so I could see the work they did. The best part is the leaking problem has been fixed.

Very knowledgeable, and professional. Provided useful feedback and have actually scheduled regular routine maintenance due to impressive performance. Timely, and courteous. The actual service provider was very capable. Also fixed and provided better quality chimney covers.

Basic chimney cleaning and inspection. They arrived on time and left the place clean. They recommend doing some crown repairs -- mild upsell feeling. Overall a good experience. I would use again.
