Took a lot longer than they thought. Said it would take 1 hour but took about 5 hrs.

Increase in job time was due to changes in the customers' original scope of work. We were hired to install a receptacle for a water fountain which takes roughly an hour to complete. Customers' new requests added installation of one voice & one data outlet, one switch and troubleshooting lights. All said, this would take 5 hours to complete.
