He takes his customer service seriously. His design for the work was innovative and far superior to other designs solicited from other contractors.  He explained his entire process to me before doing the work, went about the work without interfering with my home business, and completed the job in less time that expected.  Once the work was done we thoroughly tested every TV and afterward he cleaned up so well that we had no visible  clues that he was even here - except of course for the excellent wiring job!
