Overall Pat from Providence did a great job. The reason why Providence Systems is only getting 3 stars is his original statement was for only the best products when all we asked for was a medium level home-theater system. I went out and bought all the products for factory price and saved over $1500. He is very fair and very up front and very honest person. We ended up paying him 700 instead of 4,000 and he did an amazing job. His final estimation before the project began was 5-6 hours and said he would be done in a day, yet he took 7 the first day and then another hour the 2nd day. But when all is said and done, he did an outstanding job.

Had wiring updated with cable in preparation for DirecTV install. Pat answered my numerous questions. Was on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Cleaned up before leaving. Reasonable price.

Pat was responsive, professional, courteous and consciences. He did exactly what I requested; he did if for about 30% less than the closest competitor. I really appreciated the way Pat communicated always telling me times that he would be on the job and if he was going to be 10 minutes late he would call to let me know. This was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had with a contractor.

Providence Systems, Inc. came to my house and helped me with installing a new tv box (both the inside and outside work). They arrived on-time, displayed professionalism throughout the entire job and completed the work without any problems. I would definitely hire again.

They wired a home theatre system for me including outside speakers and data to computer in another room. They were on time, orofessional, quality work done, and cost was right at estimate.
