He showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the work we had discussed. Since I live in Minnesota and was hiring him to work at my mother's home in Illinois, there was always a concern as to what we were getting for our money. As it turned out, he went beyond my expectations. He treated my mother as if she were family and took the extra time to explain everything he did. I'm so happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy Heating & Cooling company. They called me back almost immediately after I submitted my request to Service Magic. They were very professional & courteous on the phone. They were extremely flexible with times they could come out to look at & repair my air conditioner. They were also very respectful of my home, their work was neat & they even removed their shoes so they wouldn't get my carpet dirty. They were also very affordable & I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a heating & cooling service company.
