Don't let the old work van fool you. This is a top contractor that does great work for a fair price. The owner is friendly, and attentive to the customers needs. The crew were friendly too. They did an immaculate job of cleaning up after the job and they started and finished on time without any cost over runs, extras or change orders. I will use them again next year on another house I own. Thanks Potential.......

Potential Services, LLC was terrific. Not only did they do a fine job on schedule and on budget, they were prompt, courteous, and friendly. Months after the work was complete, I accidentally cut a gash in a torch-down flashing sheet lining my gutters, placed a call to this company, and within an hour, they showed up to make a repair to maintain the integrity of the roof. Very professional and friendly to work with!
