Worked with me very well on getting a large list of items (replacing deck, skylights, plumbing work, mortar work, driveway seal, drywall repairs, etc) in preparation for selling my Dad's house. Positive Solutions was a NEGATIVE experience---NO ATTENTION to detail...unprofessional---didn't return phone calls, emails etc. job was supposed to take 1 week.....after some mistakes were made (pointed out by homeowners) project took about 2 months total... excuses were made when mistakes were pointed out--

this was a diffacult customer! first the estimate was to much for their buget, so we sat down and cut corners to fit it in their buget. the project was to take two weeks and the customer kept changing their mind and she rushed us to finish and he wanted us to take our time, their was a miss cut that we pointed out, and becuse it was a speacial order item it took two extra weeks to get extra tile to complete then they ordered a shower door that took three to four weeks to arrive. pictures coming.

With in hours of our request, we promptly recived several phone callls to set up appointments. Each contractor was very respectful and patient. They answered all of our questions and some bought samples with them. Thank you for a professional job WELL DONE!!!!!

Quick response to provide bid. Knowledgeable. Gave time line for completion of project (conditioned on weather factors, of course). His schedule changed and his team was able to do the work a week earlier than planned. Crew went right to work, even moved deck furniture which we had planned to do. Final bill was exactly as stated in bid.
