Total service hasn't been completed to date but, technician arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and made a temporary fix until the part is ordered. I look forward to doing business with Positive Connections again in the future.

This company installed a phone line and cable jack in one room and repaired a light fixture. They did a good job but it should not have cost what it did. Either his rate was too high or he took too long to do the work. Either way, we felt he was overpriced. If you have time, shop around.

I hired them to hook up the Comcast chassis that digitizes my cable TV. They did hook it up, but it did not work. Comcast sent their technician, who had to replace one of the electronic boxes and the cable that runs from the pole into our house. Positive Connections was pleasant, punctual and inexpensive. The problem was beyond them. I can't judge how they would do with a problem not outside their activities. Probably ok.
