Richard Wiencek with Posh Blinds and Shutters provided excellent service. When I called him about my blind repair, he was here the next day and completed the project quickly - even though it was more work than I originally explained to him. Compared to other blind repair places, his prices were better as well. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend this company.

I received bids from two different outfits. When I selected Gotcha Covered to take care of us, the other outfit assumed that I did so because of price. The truth was that Gotcha Covered's price was a tiny bit higher, but they were the ones I trusted to try to do what they could to make sure I was happy with the selection. They proved me right. At the time of the install, the clearly went out of their way to do a great job. They even grabbed some touch-up paint out of the closet to cover a spot left by the removal of the prior hardware.

Richard was great to work with and made the process easy. He always arrived on time as promised. I had realtives coming for a visit and he went out of his way to make sure they were installed before my guests arrived. I highly recommend Richard and Gotcha Covered and will use them again.
