very poor workmanship i will never uesd this guy again please take this company out of your sevice list

This man has not paid for final payment work can not be compleated until he pays for the labor that was done in a workman like manner he has not paid any of the contractors that worked for him and he did not pay for the materials that were used for the job.

portlock drywall is excellent. mr.portlock is very personable, polite reasonable and best of all--very punctual. i can happily endorse portlock dry wall. mr. portlock does all the critical work himself.

Ge did a quick fast job, problem: did not complete for detail and ready painting (I wanted the wall smooth because it was for the kitchen and walls were not smooth even though he claimed they were 'SMOOOOTH') DID GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. Finish detail was not as expected. Boyfriend had to complete and sand walls smooth for painting.

I should have checked more carefully -- sloppy and incomplete work -- if you see this, Gerald. come back and fix and I'll rewrite this evaluation Paula D.

all work was completed in a workmanlike manner and work was check out and approved by homeowner and finale payment was given next day homeowner called and said that more work needed to be done that was not in contract and that she was not going to pay for extra work she was informed if she would pay for extra work I would return she refused to pay extra so I did'nt return
