I have a rental unit where the tubs and surrounding tiles in both bathrooms needed to be refinished and re-grouted. Candice took great care to make sure the project went smoothly, and she didn't try to sell me services I didn't need (in fact, she saved me quite a lot of money by recommending that I not get one of the tubs refinished since it looked fine). She was also quite flexible with the payment terms, and she followed up with me once the project was completed to make sure I was happy with the results. I would highly recommend Porcelain Innovations to everyone.

Porcelain Innovations was great to deal with on all levels. I was impressed with their customer service and followup, scheduling and project management (we had floor and plumbing work done as well), and of course quality of work and cleanup. Candice listened to our needs and budget constraints, and was a pleasure to work with. My bathroom tub and wall to wall tile looks beautiful now!

Candice is very helpful as both a bathroom GC and a consultant on maximizing value. I originally planned to just resurface my 25+ year old counter top. Candice convinced me to replace it with granite instead. She provided a great price. One of her guys also did an outstanding job re-glazing the tile in the master bathroom. Very recommended.
